Be Smart with Soups

Soups are the best to maintain your weight.

How? It is the best food with all nutrients.Most soups are made from vegetables only.And some from fruits.

Taking a cup of soup before food makes you healthy and brisk.It is the best way to be slim with soups.


When ever you feel overweight and trying for dieting, drink soups instead of the routine,Rice,Dal,Roti and Parantha. Soups can be made from any vegetable. But Tomato soups,Mixed vegetable soups,Spinach soups are very tasty and healthy. corn soup ,Mushroom soups also take part in weight reduction.

Important

You have to drink the soup without Butter or Ghee.Then only it will be the good diet soup.If the soup enriched with butter,paneer,ghee--- then it won't give you a good result on weight reduction. So, avoid garnishing with Butter or ghee while drinking soups. Adding fried Bread pieces also give you negative results.

Avoid taking soups from hotels and restaurants .They are made up of rich fatty substances to make the soup more tasty.It may be very tasty ,but it won't help you in your dieting.Make soups at home and then your dieting will be very effective.

So, Practice to take good soups with less salt,sweet and ghee.

You can reduce your weight and you can be slim always.

Avoid Sweets and Be Slim

Do you wish to be slim always?

If yes, Then you have to avoid eating more sweets. eating sweets more than a limit will lead to obesity .Then it will be very hard to control your weight. So, avoid eating sweets daily.If you can't avoid, try eating once for a day. Then slowly change that into every alternate days.Then once in 2 days and twise a week and once in a week.Then it will be easy to control your weight.

Always start your dieting slowly. Suddenly stop eating won't help you.If you want to stop eating, first try for a time/day and for a whole day and so on.Stopping for a week or month won't be the permanent process.

Eat sweets which are of less calorie. Eat home made sweets. Eat sweets in less amount.Then your life will be very sweet with your happiness of maintaining proper weight.

Sweet--------- must be less in food but more in your life.

Walking makes you Slim and Healthy

You know about the exercise WALKING . But thinking that you don't have time to walk,you don't have enough space to walk.is it? don't worry. You can walk from today and loose your weight also. How?

How many times you are talking over phone/day? How many calls you are placing or attending? why don't you talk in the phone while walking? confused/ ok.... Whenever you are on a phone call talk with the small walk. Yes you can walk around your room (small or big--size is not a matter).you are spending some reasonable calorie there. surprized!!! but it is true and prooved too.

Getup just 10mts before your routine time.Use that 10 mts for walking simple.if you used to it you can increase slowly to 15,20,25,30 mts and so on.... Like that going to bed at night? wait! don't go. just walk for 10 mts and then go.. see within 2,3 days you will try to increase your walk time.

Walk in and around your room too ,if you don't have space to walk., If you have time and place for a walk great you are blessed.Use that opportunity and do it regularly.

Walking for just 20 mts /day help you keep healthy,strong,lose weight and helps you to be energetic whole day.It makes your legs and thighs also very strong and you will be far away from arthrities and other bone problems.It boosts your self esteem and you will be slim and beauty ever.

Note :

Don't go for long walks at the beginning. you will be tired and loose your goal too. start from 10,15 mts and slowly raise your timings.

No need to buy shoes, track suits and don't get tensed on that expenses.You can walk in your daily wear or casual wear.dress is not a matter. your aim is the matter here.

so, walk walk walk and be healthy and without much diet control you can lose weight.
