Walking makes you Slim and Healthy

You know about the exercise WALKING . But thinking that you don't have time to walk,you don't have enough space to walk.is it? don't worry. You can walk from today and loose your weight also. How?

How many times you are talking over phone/day? How many calls you are placing or attending? why don't you talk in the phone while walking? confused/ ok.... Whenever you are on a phone call talk with the small walk. Yes you can walk around your room (small or big--size is not a matter).you are spending some reasonable calorie there. surprized!!! but it is true and prooved too.

Getup just 10mts before your routine time.Use that 10 mts for walking simple.if you used to it you can increase slowly to 15,20,25,30 mts and so on.... Like that going to bed at night? wait! don't go. just walk for 10 mts and then go.. see within 2,3 days you will try to increase your walk time.

Walk in and around your room too ,if you don't have space to walk., If you have time and place for a walk great you are blessed.Use that opportunity and do it regularly.

Walking for just 20 mts /day help you keep healthy,strong,lose weight and helps you to be energetic whole day.It makes your legs and thighs also very strong and you will be far away from arthrities and other bone problems.It boosts your self esteem and you will be slim and beauty ever.

Note :

Don't go for long walks at the beginning. you will be tired and loose your goal too. start from 10,15 mts and slowly raise your timings.

No need to buy shoes, track suits and don't get tensed on that expenses.You can walk in your daily wear or casual wear.dress is not a matter. your aim is the matter here.

so, walk walk walk and be healthy and without much diet control you can lose weight.
