Be Smart with Soups

Soups are the best to maintain your weight.

How? It is the best food with all nutrients.Most soups are made from vegetables only.And some from fruits.

Taking a cup of soup before food makes you healthy and brisk.It is the best way to be slim with soups.


When ever you feel overweight and trying for dieting, drink soups instead of the routine,Rice,Dal,Roti and Parantha. Soups can be made from any vegetable. But Tomato soups,Mixed vegetable soups,Spinach soups are very tasty and healthy. corn soup ,Mushroom soups also take part in weight reduction.

You have to drink the soup without Butter or Ghee.Then only it will be the good diet soup.If the soup enriched with butter,paneer,ghee--- then it won't give you a good result on weight reduction. So, avoid garnishing with Butter or ghee while drinking soups. Adding fried Bread pieces also give you negative results.

Avoid taking soups from hotels and restaurants .They are made up of rich fatty substances to make the soup more tasty.It may be very tasty ,but it won't help you in your dieting.Make soups at home and then your dieting will be very effective.

So, Practice to take good soups with less salt,sweet and ghee.
